Allan, originally from Warroad, MN, recognized a need in the Minot area for a restoration and cleaning company that was professional with a heightened attention to detail. He started Maintenance Plus in 1984 as a one man business, today Maintenance Plus has grown to employ more than 20 experienced technicians.

Courtney Uran, Bookkeeping

Courtney has been employed at Maintenance Plus since 2009. She is from Stanley, ND and is a recent graduate of Minot State University where she received B.S. degrees in Accounting and Management. At Maintenance Plus Courtney works in the office heading up the accounting department and managing the organization's safety programs.

Preston MacKay, Carpet Technician

Preston started working at Maintenance Plus in 2010. Preston, a Minot native, performs carpet and upholstery cleaning, water damage restoration and janitorial services.
